THE ORGANIZATION IS A HEALTH POLICY RESEARCH INSTITUTE THAT AIMS TO EDUCATE POLICYMAKERS AND INFORM THE PUBLIC THROUGH EVIDENCE-BASED RESEARCH, ECONOMIC ANALYSIS, AND DATA. THE INSTITUTE AIMS TO IMPROVE HEALTH POLICY BY EMPOWERING PATIENTS, EXPANDING COMPETITION, INCREASING INNOVATION, AND REFORMING GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS.
