PAVING GREAT FUTURES
Mission
PGFs goal is to rehabilitate marginalized and at-risk communities by fostering their economic, social, and political development, with a particular focus on supporting the recently incarcerated, who often face disproportionate challenges integrating into society. PGF achieves this mission through six core competencies: entrepreneurship, job readiness, financial literacy, responsible life skills, community service, and civic engagement. By addressing these areas, PGFs comprehensive work experience programs transform individuals struggling to find their path into productive and empowered community leaders capable of driving meaningful and lasting change.
