(2) TO PROVIDE EXTENDED TRAINING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO CONTINUE TO DEVELOP SKILLS, BEHAVIORS, AND ATTITUDES WHICH ASSIST THEM IN BECOMING MORE INDEPENDENT AND EMPLOYABLE AND TO PROVIDE THESE SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH PRINCIPLES OF "EVERYDAY LIVES" WHICH ENABLES INDIVIDUALS TO PARTICIPATE IN TRAINING AND ACTIVITIES AS THEY CHOSE.
