FOCUSED IN THE HUMBOLDT PARK, AUSTIN, LOGAN SQUARE, AVONDALE, HERMOSA AND BELMONT- CRAGIN NEIGHBORHOODS OF CHICAGO WITH A SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON LOW-INCOME LATINO AND AFRICAN-AMERICAN FAMILIES, RFS STRIVES TO ENHANCE THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF FAMILIES AND SIGNIFICANT OTHERS IN OUR COMMUNITIES BY PROVIDING BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND FAMILY SUPPORT.
