THE SOUTHERN CAROLINA ALLIANCE (SCA) WAS FORMED AS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION TO SUSTAIN AND CREATE JOBS THAT WILL IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN COUNTIES OF THE SOUTHERN CAROLINA REGION THROUGH IDEALS OF COOPERATION AND REGIONALISM.
