THE MISSION OF THE SOUTHWEST BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (SWBID) IS TO DESIGN AND MANAGE A COMPREHENSIVE SERIES OF PROGRAMS TO IMPROVE THE IMAGE, CONNECTIVITY, AND BUSINESS CLIMATE OF THE NEAR SOUTHWEST QUADRANT OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. THE SWBID PROVIDES PLACE MANAGEMENT, BRANDING AND PLACE MAKING SERVICES AND PROGRAMS. THE GOAL OF ALL OF THE SWBID EFFORTS IS TO MAKE SOUTHWEST DC A CLEANER, SAFER AND BETTER CONNECTED PLACE.
