Mission
THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES HOUSING, MEALS, WELLNESS PROGRAMS, HEALTHCARE, SKILLED NURSING AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES TO THE ELDERLY. THE COMMUNITY IS COMPRISED OF 289 INDEPENDENT LIVING UNITS, 49 ASSISTED CARE UNITS, AND A 12 BED MEDICARE LICENSED NURSING FACILITY.BROOKHAVEN HAS A ROBUST SOCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAM TO SUPPORT LOCAL COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS.
