TO AID, PROMOTE AND PROVIDE FOR RELIGIOUS COOPERATION IN THE WOODLANDS IN CONJUNCTION WITH CONGREGATIONS THAT ARE DEVELOPING THEREIN. PRIMARY PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE WORKFORCE PROGRAMS OPERATING ONE STOP CAREER CENTERS, STATE LICENSED CHILD CARE FACILITY, ENRICHMNET PROGRAMS FOR THE AGED, ASSISING FAMILIES WITH SPECIAL NEEDS , AND COUNSELING SERVICES.
