THE MISSION OF THE MEDICAL & HEALTH SCIENCES FOUNDATION IS TO INTEGRATE PRIVATE FUNDRAISING FOR THE ENTIRE ACADEMIC MEDICAL CENTER WHICH COMPRISES THE SIX HEALTH SCIENCES SCHOOLS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURGH, UPMC, UPMC HILLMAN CANCER CENTER, AND WPIC. THE FOUNDATION WILL IDENTIFY, CULTIVATE, SOLICIT, AND STEWARD GIFTS FROM INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS/CORPORATIONS/FOUNDATIONS INTERESTED IN SUPPORTING CLINICAL CARE, BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH, AND EDUCATION.
