THE MISSION OF WCL IS TO OPERATE A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY GUIDED BY CHRISTIAN IDEALS WHICH PROMOTE INDEPENDENCE AND DIGNITY, PROVIDING QUALITY HOUSING, HEALTH CARE AND SECURITY TO RESIDENTS IN A FISCALLY RESPONSIBLE MANNER.
