Adult Day Health Activity Center Provides clients or patients who are displaced in society or have a mental illness/disability sustain a healthy quality of life and a social quality of life to manage their disability and improve their quality of life in society and their community or home. This mission at Adult Day Health Activity Center allows individuals the ability to improve in daily living, manage their medication, hygiene, and learn new skills to live independently or with a family member or spouse. Implement self-care for basic needs like eating, hand washing, bathing, taking medication, how to interact in a group, sharing with others, personal appearance and dressing, bathroom skills.
