CASA PROGRAMS PROMOTE THE PROTECTION OF ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN BY USING TRAINED VOLUNTEERS TO ADVOCATE FOR THESE CHILDREN IN COURTS WITH PARTICULAR FOCUS ON THE CHILD'S SAFETY, WELL-BEING AND PERMANENCY.
