KERING FOUNDATION IN THE AMERICAS INC

Misión

Kering Foundation in the Americas, Inc. (the "Foundation") has been formed to promote and defend the rights and dignity of marginalized individuals, particularly women and children impacted by violence. In part, the Foundation intends to carry out this mission by programming fund raising initiatives including an annual event, called the "Caring for Women Gala,by raising funds through the solicitation of contributions from members of the fashion industry and from the general public. The Foundation intends to deploy the funds raised by providing grants to charitable organizations that have a mission consistent with that of the Foundation.
