Misión
The purpose of the Trust is to make distributions to the supported organization, North Country Hospital and Health Center, formerly named Orleans County Memorial Hospital. Orleans County Memorial Hospital was designated as the sole beneficiary of the Trusts charitable interest per Article Eighth of the trust agreement, and continues to receive distributions under its new name North Country Hospital and Health Center
