Misión

Signatures were collected on referendum petition sufficient to qualify the measure for the ballot. However, the petition was challenged and MEH has been defending the right of the people to vote on the measure in court proceedings, currently in the California Court of Appeal, which will determine whether or not the measure will be placed on the ballot ultimately for voter consideration.
