To protect and preserve the environment, fish, wildlife and marine related areas including water quality and habitat. To protect nearby and offshore coral reefs and fishery habitats by repairing, re-growth and regeneration, in order to have a sustainable fishery. To provide scholarships to graduating high-school seniors in the Keys that plan to pursue a major in the areas of environmental and marine studies.
