To enhance and promote the educational mission and delivery of healthcare of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center through the acquisition improvement and development of various and sundry facilities and performing of any an all things necessary to enhance and promote the educational mission and delivery of healthcare of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and all other lawful purposes.
