Community-based low income housing provider and housing counseling agency providing free assistance to households experiencing housing difficulties. Sponsor of community-based arts and cultural activities and resources accessible to low-income residents.Provide free counseling assistance to households experiencing housing related problems, sponsor and develop low-moderate income housing; promote arts , cultural activities, resources and education within the low-income and minority communities. The Organization is a free counseling service to individuals and households seeking to improve or obtain housing. Issues addressed include fair housing, afford-ability, habitability, housing rights and household finances. The Organization is the sponsor of Presidio Village, a Section 202 Senior Housing project and participates as a minor partner with another 501 (c) (3) organization in the Stoneman Village Senior Housing apartments, a Section 8 assisted project.
