VICTORY'S MINISTRY TEACHES THOSE COMING FROM CHALLENGING LIFE CIRCUMSTANCES OR EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS HOW TO BE INDEPENDENT, AND GIVES THEM THE TOOLS TO REBUILD THEIR LIVES THROUGH LONG-TERM RESTORATION PROGRAMS, WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT AND OUTREACH, AND AN EMERGENCY SHELTER AND FOOD PANTRY. LIFELONG VICTORY IS AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE AND EVERY LIFE HAS PURPOSE.
