Willow Point Homes Association Inc

Willow Point Homes Association Inc. is operated for the benefits of all 74 Homes in the Home Owners Association. No individual inures a salary or compensation for services to and for the HOA. The Board of Directors is elected for a one Year term and receives NO compensation for services rendered. Common grounds are operated for the enjoyment and use by ALL 74 homes in the Association. An annual meeting is conducted to review the status and operations of the Home Owners Association. Covenants and operating procedures are reviewed, modified and operated for the mutual benefit all all members. A quorum vote is required for changes to covenants of operation. Operates under the provisions of 501 C (4)-1(a)(ii) a civic league or organization that isn't organized or operated for profit and (ii) and is operated exclusively for the promotion of social welfare of the Association.
