Misión

The Alpha Excellence Foundation, associated with the Xi Phi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., is dedicated to supporting educational and leadership development programs within the community. The chapter actively engages in community service, leadership development, and educational initiatives, embodying the fraternity's mission. The Alpha Excellence Foundation, supports educational and leadership development programs. A signature event associated with this foundation is the annual Black Ice Gala, organized by the Xi Phi Lambda Chapter to raise funds for scholarships and community programs. Additionally, the chapter hosts the Martin Luther King, Jr. Oratorical Competition, encouraging youth to engage in public speaking on themes of freedom, justice, and democracy. These activities align with the fraternity's broader mission to develop leaders and promote academic excellence.
