ALL RISE FOR JUSTICE (ALL RISE) SEEKS TO REDUCE SUBSTANCE ABUSE, CRIME, AND RECIDIVISM BY PROMOTING AND ADVOCATING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT, GROWTH, AND FUNDING OF DRUG COURTS AND PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION AND DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, AND MUTUAL SUPPORT TO ASSOCIATION MEMBERS.SINCE 1994, ALL RISE HAS WORKED TIRELESSLY AT THE INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LEVELS TO CREATE AND ENHANCE DRUG COURTS, INCLUDING ADULT, JUVENILE, FAMILY, REENTRY, AND TRIBAL MODELS; DWI COURTS; AND VETERANS TREATMENT COURTS.
