THE ROUSE ESTATE IS A CHARITABLE-OPERATED NURSING AND PERSONAL CARE RESIDENCE FOR THE ELDERLY. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL AND SUPPORT SERVICES BY OPERATING A 176-BED NURSING FACILITY, 87-APARTMENT PERSONAL CARE FACILITY, AT HOME SERVICES, AS WELL AS OPERATING A CHILD CARE CENTER.
