CATHOLIC CHARITIES IS THE PRIMARY SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCY OF THE DIOCESE OF PITTSBURGH, SERVING ALL REGARDLESS OF RELIGIOUS AFFILIATIONS, AT THEIR TIME OF GREAT NEED. RELYING ON GOD'S PROVIDENCE AND EMBRACING THE CALL OF THE GOSPEL AND THE SOCIAL TEACHINGS OF THE CHURCH, WE ARE DEDICATED TO CHAMPIONING THE DIGNITY OF THE PERSON, IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE, AND ADVOCATING FOR THE SOCIAL GOOD OF THE HUMAN FAMILY, SO THAT THE POOR AND VULNERABLE, ALWAYS WELCOMED AND LOVED, EMBRACE OPPORTUNITIES NECESSARY TO REALIZE THEIR POTENTIAL.DURING FYE 6/30/24, CATHOLIC CHARITIES CONTINUED THE RENOVATION OF SPACE AT 111 BOULEVARD OF THE ALLIES IN DOWNTOWN PITTSBURGH TO BECOME THE NEW HEADQUARTERS OF OUR ORGANIZATION. THE MOVE WILL BE COMPLETE NEXT FISCAL YEAR, AND WILL ALLOW FOR PROGRAM EXPANSION AND ENHANCEMENT ACROSS ALL SIX COUNTIES IN OUR FOOTPRINT.
