THE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER OF BUFFALO, INC OPERATES FOUR FREESTANDING FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTERS LICENSED AS A DIAGNOSTIC AND TREATMENT CENTER UNDER ARTICLE 28 OF THE NY STATE HEALTH LAW. THE CENTER PROVIDES A BROAD RANGE OF PRIMARY HEALTH SERVICES TO A LARGELY MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED AND UNINSURED POPULATION.
