SERVICES ARE RENDERED IN THE ENVIRONMENTS IN WHICH THE INDIVIDUAL DESIRES TO LIVE, WORK, RECREATE OR PURSUE EDUCATIONAL GOALS. SERVICES ARE FASHIONED TO SUPPORT EACH INDIVIDUAL TO PURSUE HIS/HER OWN SELF-DIRECTED LIFE GOALS.
