CSI SUPPORTS PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURY (ABI), AUTISM, AND DUAL DIAGNOSIS. FOR MORE THAN 40 YEARS OUR EMPHASIS HAS BEEN ON PROVIDING SUPPORTS THAT ARE DIRECTED BY THE PERSON'S OWN DREAMS AND VISION. THROUGH OUR RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT SERVICES, PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES ARE FREE TO CHOOSE THEIR OWN HOMES WITH INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORTED LIVING OR SHARE A HOME IN OUR GROUP HOMES. ADDITIONALLY, CSI PROVIDES TARGETED CASE MANAGEMENT AND DAY SUPPORTS WITH ENRICHING RECREATIONAL, VOLUNTEER, AND COMMUNITY EXPERIENCES.
