EASTERSEALS BLAKE FOUNDATION IS DEDICATED TO THE VISION OF A SOUTHERN ARIZONA COMMUNITY WHERE ALL PEOPLE LIVE HEALTHY, PRODUCTIVE, AND INDEPENDENT LIVES. EBF SERVES MORE THAN 40,000 INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES ACROSS 10 COUNTIES OF SOUTHERN ARIZONA.
