HOSPICE OF ORANGE & SULLIVAN COUNTIES, INC. PROVIDES PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL CARE FOR PATIENTS (AND THEIR LOVED ONES) WITH LIFE LIMITING DISEASES. HOSPICE SERVICES ARE COORDINATED THROUGH A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS, WHICH INCLUDE NURSES, SOCIAL WORKERS, PHYSICIANS, SPIRITUAL CARE, HOSPICE AIDES AND VOLUNTEERS.
