LIBERATION PROGRAMS PROVIDES TREATMENT AND PREVENTION SERVICES FOR SUBSTANCE USE AND MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS WITH A GOAL OF HELPING INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES OVERCOME ADDICTION IN ORDER TO RESTORE THEIR LIVES AND ULTIMATELY STRENGTHEN OUR COMMUNITIES.
