TO ADVANCE AND DEVELOP EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS IN THE FIELDS OF COSMETOLOGY, BARBERING, MANICURING, MASSAGE THERAPY, AND COGNATE AREAS WHICH SERVE TO SUPPLEMENT THE PRACTICAL, SCIENTIFIC, AND BUSINESS SKILLS OF THOSE PROFESSIONS.
