THE THREE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSES OF THE NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DBA GROW AMERICA ARE TO:- ENCOURAGE AND FOSTER BUSINESS OWNERSHIP BY MEMBERS OF DISADVANTAGED GROUPS.- CONDUCT PROGRAMS TO INFORM AND AID COMMUNITIES IN OBTAINING AND UTILIZING GOVERNMENTAL AND OTHER FUNDS FOR SUPPORT OF LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.- PROVIDE QUALITY HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME PERSONS.
