ITS PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PLAN, DIRECT, AND OVERSEE THE FUNCTIONS OF THOSE ENTITIES, ALL OF WHICH ARE ORGANIZATIONS EXEMPT UNDER IRC SECTION 501(C)(3), EXCEPT FOR OHIO LIVING VENTURES.
