THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES EMERGENCY AMBULANCE CARE, TREATMENT AND TRANSPORTATION TO MULTIPLE JURISDICTIONS IN ILLINOIS. IN ADDITION TO EMERGENCY AMBULANCE SERVICES, THE ENTITY PROVIDES SCHEDULED AMBULANCE, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH (IPT) AND WHEELCHAIR TRANSPORTATION BETWEEN HOSPITALS AND OTHER HEALTHCARE FACILITIES. THE ORGANIZATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.
