SECOND HARVEST HEARTLAND'S MISSION IS TO END HUNGER TOGETHER. IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MORE THAN 1,000 FOOD SHELVES AND HUNGER-RELIEF PROGRAMS IN MINNESOTA AND WESTERN WISCONSIN, WE PROVIDED 145 MILLION MEALS TO NEIGHBORS LAST YEAR.
