TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF PREGNANT AND PARENTING TEENS AND THEIR FAMILIES. IT IS OUR GOAL TO BREAK THE CYCLE OF DISADVANTAGE THAT YOUTH CHILDBEARING PERPETUATES THROUGH A HOLISTIC, COORDINATED COMMUNITY SYSTEM OF SUPPORT TO ENGAGE PARENTING TEENS AND THEIR CHILDREN IN OPPORTUNITIES TO ACQUIRE SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
