UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND CHARLES REGIONAL HEALTH, INC. (UMCRH) IS THE PARENT COMPANY OF A NOT-FOR-PROFIT HEALTHCARE SYSTEM THAT STRIVES TO PROVIDE EXCELLENCE IN ACUTE HEALTHCARE AND PREVENTIVE SERVICES IN CHARLES COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES. UMCRH PROVIDES LEADERSHIP AND OVERALL PLANNING AND COORDINATION OF THE DELIVERY OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES, FACILITIES AND PROGRAMS FOR UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND CHARLES REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER AND ITS RELATED SUBSIDIARIES.
