OUR GOALS ARE TO REDUCE THE DROP-OUT RATE, TO PROMOTE LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND TO REDUCE THE CRIME RATE AMONG OUR YOUTH BY TEACHING POSITIVE CHARACTER TRAITS FOR A SUCCESSFUL LIFE. THE PROGRAM IS UNIQUE BECAUSE IT IS PREVENTATIVE BY TEACHING STUDENTS POSITIVE CHARACTER TRAITS. THE PROJECT WILL CREATE A CULTURE OF HIGH EXPECTATIONS, COLLABORATION, RESPECT AND ACCOUNTABILITY. WE WILL ACTIVELY ENGAGE THE STUDENTS IN THEIR LEARNING THROUGH HIGH QUALITY CURRICULUM AND EXCELLENT TEACHING BY TRAINED ROLE MODELS.
