The purpose of the Association is to develop and promote youth soccer; to provide and administrate a local competition soccer league/program operating under the guidelines of UYSA; to provide and administrate a recreation program operating under the guidelines of UYSA; to provide support and an organizational structure for independent teams, participating in our own Challenger League competition program or UYSAs state competition program; and to provide additional soccer related services for our community as needed. Our principal geographical area of operation shall be, but not be limited to, Cache and Box Elder Counties.
