CSU STRATA PROVIDES PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT LEASING, PATENT AND LICENSING MANAGEMENT, DEBT FINANCING THROUGH MORTGAGE DEBT SERVICE, AND LAND ACQUISITION, DEVELOPMENT AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
