Misión
The Latino Civic Alliance LCA is dedicated to advancing equity and justice for Latinos through advocacy education public policy and community engagement. It empowers the Latino community to fully participate in civic economic and social life. Their Key activities are Leadership Development: Offers youth and adult programs and mentorship opportunities to build leadership skills and prepare future community leaders. Community Outreach: Hosts cultural events to celebrate Latino heritage and connects individuals to essential resources like healthcare education and employment support. Coalition Building: Strengthens advocacy efforts through partnerships and facilitates forums for dialogue between community members leaders and policymakers. Economic Development: Supports Latino entrepreneurs with business workshops networking and employment initiatives to improve job opportunities and working conditions
