FROM TIME TO TIME, EACH STRATEGIC MEMBER WILL PROPOSE, AND THE ORGANIZATION WILL UNDERTAKE "STUDIO PROJECTS" USING UNIVERSITY OF CINCINNATI-RELATED HUMAN RESOURCES (INCLUDING FACULTY AND STUDENTS) AND CAPABILITIES TO PERFORM RESEARCH IN THIS AREA. EACH STRATEGIC MEMBER WILL BE ENTITLED TO SPONSOR AT LEAST ONE STUDIO PROJECT IN EACH CALENDAR YEAR. STUDIO PROJECTS WILL RESULT IN THE CREATION OF "DELIVERABLES," TYPICALLY A WRITTEN REPORT DISCLOSING THE RESULTS OF THE RESEARCH, INCLUDING ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THE SPONSORING MEMBER, BUT THE FACULTY AND STUDENTS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF CINCINNATI WILL BE ALLOWED TO PUBLISH THE FINDINGS OF EACH STUDIO PROJECT, SUBJECT TO THE PROTECTIONS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THE SPONSORING MEMBER.
