Misión

Mason Schools Foundation helps the community by investing in our public school system to take it above and beyond what tax payers alone can fund. It provides seed funding for innovative programming and a low-risk opportunity to experiment and pilot programs and ideas. Mason Schools Foundation also recognizes both teachers and community members who go above and beyond to make Mason City Schools a terrific place for students to learn and grow. Community Members nominate Above and Beyond Teachers each Spring and one outstanding educator per school building is recognized and rewarded with a grant for their classroom.
