THE SANFORD EXCHANGE CLUB IS A CIVIC CLUB THAT EXISTS TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY NEEDS. SOME OF THE PROGRAMS SUPPORTED INCLUDE PROVIDING WHEELCHAIRS, SCHOLARSHIPS AND ENDOWMENTS TO OTHER LOCAL CHARITIES IN NEED.
