Grants are made according to the trust agreement dated July 5, 1998 and amended March 18, 1995. Keybank, Trustee distributes all the net income from within the St Vincent DePaul fund to the St Vincent DePaul Society for its unrestricted use of its religious and charitable functions solely in Dayton, OH as may be determined by the Dayton District Council of St Vincent DePaul Society. The St Vincent DePaul Society also has the right to request principal for enhancing its operations. Keybank maintains a responsiveness to the needs and activities of each beneficiary organization's mission.
