Misión

Open Source Wellness (Agency) is a California public benefit corporation incorporated May 2016. The Agency will facilitate the basic practices of wellness, including, but not limited to, physical exercise, healthy food, stress reduction, and social connection. The mission is to make these practices accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable in clinical, community, and housing-based settings. The Agency seeks to facilitate the adoption of healthy behavior patterns which will be sustained in lifestyle changes leading to improved health outcomes and the prevention of lifestyle-related disease. While the Agency may operate in several different settings with different operating and financial models, the core offerings of physical movement, healthy meals, stress reduction, and social support remain consistent across contexts.
