Misión

To promote the common good and general welfare of Peninsula Township, Michigan. In this instance, by funding of independent legal counsel and related expenses through a Michigan Non-profit, Protect The Peninsula to litigate on behalf of the residents of Peninsula Township, MI in regards to an attempt by an association of eleven township wineries to negate certain township agricultural ordinance provisions regulating wine production, sales and related events. This litigation is filed in the federal district court of the WD of Michigan, file 1 20 cv 01008.
