RMLHP Corporation's ("RMLHP") principal activity is to serve as the general partner and to manage the activities of RML Health Providers Limited Partnership d/b/a RML Specialty Hospital ("RML"), a related IRC 501(c)(3) organization. RMLHP administers and oversees RML Specialty Hospital, a two facility long-term acute care hospital located in Hinsdale, Illinois, and Chicago, Illinois. The hospital is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health. RML has two limited partners, Loyola University Medical Center and Advocate Health and Hospitals Corp, each of which are IRC 501(c)(3) organizations.
