Misión

The specific purpose of this Corporation is to engage solely in charitableactivities within the scope of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code that further the charitable mission of The San Diego Woman's Club (EIN:95-1185995) (the 'Supported Organization'), a nonprofit public benefit corporation incorporated in the State of California on February 18, 1892. TheCorporation is organized and will be operated exclusively to carry out the charitable functions, purposes, and/or programs of the SupportedOrganization. The Corporation is a Type I supporting organization of the Supported Organization, as such term is described by Code Section 509(a)(3)(B)(i). The principal mission of the Supported Organization is to promote the social, moral, and intellectual improvement of the members of thecorporation and others.
