SEEDING SUCCESS IS AN ORGANIZATION THAT SUPPORTS AND PROMOTES A "CRADLE TO CAREER" EDUCATION AGENDA IN SHELBY COUNTY. IT SERVES AS A FACILITATOR ADVOCATE, AND PLATFORM FOR COLLABORATION AROUND FOUR GOALS: 1. CHILDREN ENTER KINDEGARTEN READY TO LEARN. 2. YOUTH GRADUATES HIGH SCHOOL "COLLEGE READY". 3. ADULTS EARN CERTIFICATIONS AND DEGREES THAT PREPARE THEM FOR LOCAL CAREERS. 4. TALENT IS ATTRACTED TO AND RETAINED IN SHELBY COUNTY.
